Job Title: Associate Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and technical expertise in solution design and architecture.

  • Lead program execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and scalability.
  • Develop tailored solutions that meet client business needs.
  • Provide functional expertise in process areas such as Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, or Procure-to-Pay.
  • Support presales initiatives, including workshops and proposal development.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define transformation roadmaps.
  • Mentor project teams, fostering professional growth and delivery excellence.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AT SENIOR LEVELS.

Key Skills:

  • Strong functional expertise in process areas.
  • Persuasive presales capabilities: solution design, client engagement, and proposal support.
  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills with strong client presence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Big 4 consulting.
  • Knowledge of South Indian languages to support local client engagements.
