Content Management Solutions Expert

We are seeking a seasoned ECM specialist to lead the design, development, and deployment of content management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IBM FileNet and drive digital transformation strategies across enterprise platforms.

  • Create scalable content management systems using IBM FileNet P8 and related technologies.
  • Oversee end-to-end content lifecycle management, including capture, storage, retrieval, and archival.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Manage digital communication workflows and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and upgrade ECM platforms for optimal performance.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, Content Navigator, and Case Manager.
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) principles.
  • Experience in workflow automation, document management, and business process management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
  • Familiarity with integration of ECM systems with other enterprise applications.
  • Digital communication platform expertise.
