Digital Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Expert to join our team.

  • You will work closely with global customers to identify their target audience's training needs.
  • Acquire an understanding of customer applications and processes, derive actionable insights, and use cases to improve digital adoption.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to our customers.
  • Consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions to our customers using the client Product Ecosystem.
  • Create content using the client Studio Editor to suit the customers' use cases.
  • Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects.

Requirements:

  • Candidate from Computer Science, IT Engineering, MCA, or BCA background is mandatory.
  • Excellent spoken English skills (frequently communicate with North American clients).
  • Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies.
  • Javascript, CSS, HTML, Rest APIs, systems architecture, and security.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver innovative solutions, improve process efficiency, and enhance digital adoption. Develop standards and guidelines for consistency in project deliverables.
