Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of authentic South Indian dishes
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards set by the chef.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies properly.
• Support the team in mise-en-place and day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Maintain discipline, teamwork, and punctuality.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in South Indian cuisine is preferred .
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
