**Role & Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify target industries.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

**Sales Cycle Management**:

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing the deal.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Secure client commitment and close deals to achieve sales targets.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and challenges to recommend the most suitable Selloship solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and business consulting services (a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales methodologies (e.g., Salesforce, MEDDIC).
