Cooking: Assisting in the preparation of dishes, such as starters, vegetables, meats, sauces, and sweets
- Food safety: Ensuring the kitchen is clean and safe by following health and safety regulations
- Kitchen equipment: Operating kitchen equipment safely and responsibly, and reporting any malfunctions or breakdowns to a supervisor
- Cleaning: Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, and mopping up spills to prevent accidents
- Stock preparation: Passing stocks through a fine chinois or muslin cloth to remove unwanted bits
- Communication: Communicating effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure proper processes are followed
- Food quality: Monitoring the quality of food prepared and portions served
- Deliveries: Unpacking and organizing deliveries
- Food storage: Ensuring food items are properly stored to prevent spoilage
- Inventory: Taking inventory
- Food presentation: Ensuring food is presented properly as directed by the chef de partie

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
