Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present a variety of traditional South Indian dishes according to the established recipes and standards.
  • Design and develop innovative menu items that reflect the rich culinary heritage of South India while incorporating modern cooking techniques.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock of ingredients necessary for the preparation of South Indian cuisine.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus that highlight the best of South Indian culinary traditions.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in the preparation and presentation of South Indian dishes, fostering a culture of learning and development.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
