**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support & Coordination**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and reports.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with the logistics and warehouse teams.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and documentation.

**Customer Interaction**:

- Provide product information, pricing, and delivery details to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate department.

**Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for management review.
- Track sales targets, performance metrics, and incentive calculations.
- Ensure all documents comply with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
