**Bi-Lingual (English & Spanish) Customer Success Representative**
We are looking for a Customer Success team member to join our fast-growing SaaS startup for contractors. We currently serve the US market but will be expanding later this year. About 15% of our user base speaks Spanish and the rest is English speaking.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Answering & Following up with Live chats as they come in, they come in at random times/hours.
- Defining Canned Responses based on common questions and processes related to performing in this role.
- Filing bugs and feature suggestions in ClickUp for our team to process. We have some automations in place for what happens after the issues are filed (customer is automatically notified upon resolution)
- Preferred working in EST primary working hours (US Timezone)
- Must speak English & preferably Spanish with a native US accent - clear and easy to understand.
- Must be able to learn our software very quickly, and learn what's already yon our roadmap and how to best assist users with most common issues.
- Will perform live demonstrations of the app to help users get setup.
- Will help with Contractor+ Payments onboarding process and work between the WePay Customer Delight team and our customers to ensure all documentation is submitted and users are fully onboarded.
- Will help write knowledgebase articles and produce walk-throughs to improve the customer onboarding process and overall user experience.
**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
