Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Proven expertise in crafting a variety of continental dishes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute the continental menu, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing dishes.
- Oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations related to continental cuisine.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Monitor food inventory and ensure freshness and quality of ingredients.
- Train and mentor junior chefs, fostering a collaborative and innovative culinary environment.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen.

**Requirements**:

- Proven expertise in crafting a variety of continental dishes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high culinary standards.
