**Job Summary**:
The All-Rounder Chef / Staff Cook is responsible for preparing a variety of meals, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining hygiene standards. This role involves cooking different cuisines, catering to staff meal requirements, and managing kitchen operations efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Food Preparation & Cooking**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including local, continental, and international cuisines.
- Plan and execute daily staff meals, ensuring balanced and nutritious food.
- Adapt menus based on dietary requirements and preferences.
- Ensure food is cooked and presented according to quality standards.

**2. Kitchen Operations & Efficiency**:

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and kitchen supplies.
- Minimize food wastage and control portion sizes.

**3. Menu Planning & Special Requests**:

- Develop menus based on available ingredients and dietary needs.
- Cater to special dietary requirements, such as vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options.
- Introduce new dishes and improve existing recipes.

**4. Teamwork & Kitchen Support**:

- Assist in coordinating kitchen operations during peak hours.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and support team members.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff if required.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Certification/Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant experience in cooking.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience as a chef or cook in a restaurant, hotel, or staff kitchen.
- **Skills**:

- Ability to prepare a variety of dishes with speed and efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
- Creativity in menu planning and food presentation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in cooking for large groups (e.g., staff meals, catering, corporate kitchens).
- Knowledge of different cuisines and dietary preferences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
