We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis II & I to join our team at Rakabi The Fern, with 1-3 years of experience in the culinary industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and cook Chinese and Continental cuisine to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the culinary industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
