**SKILLS SET -**

**Food Preparation**:Assist in the preparation of ingredients for various Continental dishes, such as chopping, slicing, and marinating.
Measure and weigh ingredients accurately according to the recipe.

**Cooking**:Assist in cooking a variety of Continental dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
Follow recipes and cooking techniques as directed by the senior chefs.

**Station Maintenance**:Maintain a clean and organized work station, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Ensure that all equipment and utensils are in good working condition.

**Plating and Presentation**:Assist in plating dishes in an attractive and appetizing manner.
Ensure that dishes are served at the correct temperature and meet the required presentation standards.

**Quality Control**:Assist in conducting quality checks on food items to ensure they meet the established standards for taste, texture, and appearance.
Report any issues or discrepancies to senior chefs.

**Inventory and Stock Management**:Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels of food items and kitchen supplies.
Notify superiors of low stock to ensure timely replenishment.

**Adherence to Recipes**:Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency in food quality.
Seek guidance from senior chefs when uncertain about specific recipes or techniques.

**Safety and Hygiene**:Adhere to safety and hygiene standards, including the proper handling and storage of food, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.

**Team Collaboration**:Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and coordinated kitchen operations.
Support other members of the kitchen brigade as needed
