**PROFILE INTRODUCTION**:
**PROFILE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various Chinese dishes, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met.
- Execute tasks as instructed by senior chefs, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Contribute to menu development by suggesting innovative ideas and presenting creative Chinese culinary concepts.
- Ensure all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient and productive workflow during busy service hours.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including the proper storage and rotation of all food products.
- Uphold a strong understanding of traditional Chinese flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques.

**PROFILE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience working as a Commi Chef or in a similar role, preferably within a Chinese culinary setting.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking methods, ingredients, and flavors.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- A passion for culinary excellence and a dedication to continuously improving cooking skills and techniques.
- A culinary degree or relevant certification from a recognized institution is preferred.
- A strong commitment to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
