Key Responsibilities Area-

Hoshin Kanri Deployment for enterprise wide quality

Support in development of X matrix, action items and KPIs

Organize training and awareness sessions across organisation on Hoshin deployment and cross functional alignment.

Develop and maintain OBEYA model for QA function

Co-ordination with global quality consultant

Liaoning with Quality champions to drive the quality

excellence initiatives such as Hoshin-Kanri

Develop digital cockpit to refine and align initiatives and KPI's across functions, implement project management system for monitoring project execution status

Quality for real-time data driven actionable insights towards future of quality

Conceptualization

Co-ordination with Industry team

Development of digital dashboards in collaboration with IS

Vehicle Traceability - Safety & Emission Parts

IntegrateQ initiatives with smart cell development initiatives
