Job Title: Senior Quality Management Executive

Job Description:

Seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality management initiatives, focusing on strategic planning, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unified Quality Vision and Strategy: Define and implement a cohesive quality vision and strategy across all manufacturing sites.
  • Quality Goals Alignment: Align quality goals with corporate objectives, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Governance: Lead cross-functional quality governance for new product development, launch, and lifecycle management.

Multi-Plant Oversight:
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Oversee Quality Assurance and Control across all manufacturing sites.
  • Standardized Quality Management Systems: Standardize Quality Management Systems (QMS) including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001.
  • Methodology Implementation: Ensure consistent application of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and CAPA methodologies.

Focus on Legacy + EV Component:
  • Zero-Defect Culture: Drive a zero-defect culture in high-precision EV components such as battery modules, connectors, sensors, and power electronics.
  • Design-for-Quality Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D and Engineering to ensure design-for-quality in EV platforms.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor EV-specific compliance (e.g., RoHS, REACH, ISO 26262 for functional safety).

Performance & Continuous Improvement:
  • Quality KPIs Establishment: Establish and track Quality KPIs: PPM, COPQ, warranty claims, audit scores.
  • Lean Six Sigma Initiatives: Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve process capability.
  • Digital Quality Tools Champion: Champion digital quality tools (e.g., MES, QMS software, AI-based defect detection).

Stakeholder Engagement:
  • OEM and Supplier Partnerships: Interface with OEMs and Tier-1 customers on quality audits, escalations, and joint improvement programs.
  • Supplier Quality Development: Lead supplier quality development and strategic sourcing evaluations.
  • Executive Leadership Briefings: Present quality performance and risk assessments to executive leadership and board.
