Senior Software Quality Assurance Manager

Maintain and enhance software quality through strategic test planning, automation framework development, and manual testing. Foster best practices and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Create and implement automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Conduct thorough manual testing to validate UI/UX, functionality, and performance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts.
  • Identify, track, and manage bugs and defects using issue-tracking tools.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps teams to integrate QA processes into development cycles.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA team members.
  • Analyze and report test outcomes, metrics, and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in QA, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Strong expertise in manual testing techniques, methodologies, and tools.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, Appium).
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools (Jenkins, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Excellent knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and team leadership skills.
  • Certifications like ISTQB or similar.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with performance and security testing.
