Key Account Manager Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to manage the OEM business. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in key account management, with a focus on OEM business.

The successful applicant will be responsible for owning the P&L of the OEM business, ensuring profitability and achieving Gross Margin Value Contribution (GMVC) targets. This includes managing sales volumes, receivables, and contracts, while actively driving business growth through identifying new genuine oil tie-ups with OEMs and executing strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Owning the P&L of the OEM business and ensuring profitability
  • Managing sales volumes, receivables, and contracts
  • Driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and executing strategic initiatives
  • Maintaining and growing robust business relationships with OEMs
  • Conducting detailed mapping of accounts and opportunity lists
  • Applying consultative and benefit-selling skills to address client needs

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in key account management, with a focus on OEM business
  • Strong experience in P&L management, business planning, and strategic execution
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • Strong analytical skills for market and competition analysis
