About Our Company: We are a joint venture between two leading organizations, working towards making electric vehicles affordable and accessible to all.

Job Overview: We seek an experienced leader to help build our retail business in battery swapping. This person will work closely with multiple original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the 2-wheeler category to facilitate and identify channels for selling our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, particularly in the electric vehicle 2-wheeler segment.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the head of B2C business, supporting retail business scale-up across India.
  • Drive demand and production mapping with OEMs; develop partnerships with dealer networks to build a retail case for the Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, after-sales, fleet, operations) to create and execute plans for marketing, customer service, and retail rollout.
  • Gather on-ground market insights and align them with strategic planning and forecasting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in business development/sales in the retail segment is essential.
  • Strong data orientation, number-crunching ability, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Hands-on attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with on-ground activities, travel, and building strong relationships.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
