Senior Business Leader Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic sales growth across the region through effective implementation of spares processes and retail network development.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve desired sales penetration and profitability.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external channel partners.
  • Lead market feedback benchmarking, training, and manpower assessment initiatives to drive business excellence.

Responsibilities also include promoting parts retail, off-take retail of spare parts business, and implementing spares processes in line with company policies and management guidelines.

Nature of Interactions:

  • Internal Teams - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • External Partners - Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, customers, and vendors to ensure successful business outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the sales or marketing industry.
