Job Description

Job Description: Marketing ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with 10 to 12 years of industry experience to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities for the business.

- Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and SEM/SEO.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.

- Manage the marketing budget effectively, tracking ROI and optimizing campaign performance to drive maximum results.

- Utilize data-driven insights to measure the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to enhance future strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or Dipoma in Electrical Engineeringin.

- Proven track record of 10 to 12 years in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the Electrical equipment manufacturing.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas effectively.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth.

- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
