Job Overview

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.

- The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams.

- This role will play a critical part in shaping our brand and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and support business objectives.

- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns including digital, content, social media, email, SEO/SEM, and offline marketing.

- Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution of all campaigns.

- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.

- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to create and distribute compelling marketing content and materials.

- Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and press releases.

- Manage and grow the companys online presence, including website performance and social media engagement.

- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and KPIs.

- Lead and mentor junior marketing staff and external agencies to ensure aligned and effective execution.

- Represent the marketing function in cross-departmental meetings and strategic Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- 4+ years of proven experience in marketing management

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.

- Experience with SEO/SEM, content marketing, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong project management, analytical, and organizational abilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
