Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive product communication, sales support, and lead generation through a mix of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing strategies. This role is key to managing marketing automation platforms and coordinating participation in major industry events and campaigns.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee Product Communication strategies.
- Provide comprehensive Sales Support.
- Manage ATL (Above-The-Line) and BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities.
- Drive Digital Marketing initiatives.
- Implement and manage marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Zoho Marketing Plus, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Marketo.
- Plan and execute participation in trade exhibitions like EXCON, BAUMA, and Concrete Show in coordination with the Marketing Head.
- Coordinate with product managers and regional teams for Product Launches, Roadshows, and Customer Meets, with a focus on driving BTL activities.
- Lead Lead Generation efforts.
Skills Required
- Proven experience in product communication and sales support.
- Expertise in both ATL and BTL marketing strategies.
- Strong background in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho Marketing Plus, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Marketo.
- Experience in planning and executing events, exhibitions (EXCON, BAUMA, Concrete Show), and campaigns.
- Ability to coordinate product launches, roadshows, and customer meets.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation.
