Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Bengaluru. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining a high level of store presentation. Other responsibilities include inventory management, achieving sales targets, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and ensuring overall operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and strategize for growth
- Proficiency in using retail management software
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus
