About Anu Merton:
Anu Merton is a growing handmade jewellery brand with customers worldwide, now bringing our pieces offline with our first store in Lavelle Road, Bangalore .
Role:
We are looking for a Store Manager to lead and grow our first retail space, ensuring seamless operations and an excellent customer experience.
What You'll Do:
– Drive sales and achieve targets
– Lead, train, and motivate the store team
– Handle high-value transactions with care
– Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and stock upkeep
– Handle and resolve customer and social media queries efficiently
– Maintain store security and process compliance
– Build strong customer relationships and loyalty
What We're Looking For:
– Bachelor's degree preferred
– Strong English communication skills
– Fluency in Kannada is compulsory
– Proven experience as a Retail Store/Assistant Manager
– Leadership, problem-solving, and people skills
– Passion for jewellery and retail sales
– Ability to manage inventory and sales analysis
