The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

Responsibilities

  1. Updating Marketing Reports from time to time
  2. Advertising (floating, online) of the projects and branding the building
  3. Search and obtain innovative marketing techniques.
  4. Supervising and monitoring marketing systems for preparation of variety brochures, leaflets
  5. Updating of existing data of marketing and submit the same to the higher authorities Management.
  6. Handling customers feedbacks on marketing issues and the same should be documented.
  7. Ensuring acquiring of detailed domain knowledge with respective projects.
  8. Actively participate in the planning and execution processes of various alternate marketing strategies and concepts.
  9. Take initiate on expansion of the market base, conducting market survey's where required.
  10. Supervising and monitoring all online marketing portals.
  11. Coordinate with projects execution team for solving the customer related issues.
  12. Attend all marketing meetings, trainings, workshops being conducted by the top management
  13. Attend to any internal external audits.
  14. Monitor, supervise and the distribution of brochures, leaflets and gifts to the customer same should be documented in a soft and hard copies.
  15. Execution of approved ( ATL & BTL)
  16. Online Digital Marketing and Offline Marketing Activities handling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 10-15years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
