Job Description

Own end-to-end account strategy for the top tier clients, identifying upsell/cross-sell and growth opportunities.Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT, and Operations to drive long-term engagement.Conduct executive business reviews, ensure deep platform adoption, and demonstrate ROI to clients.Drive contract renewals, reduce churn risk, and achieve revenue expansion targets.Stay ahead of industry trends, represent the platform at key forums, and position it as a strategic enterprise solution.

The Successful Applicant

5-8 years of experience in Customer Success or Enterprise SaaS Account Management.Proven track record managing and expanding large enterprise accounts ($500K+ ARR).Expertise in C-level stakeholder management and consultative selling.Strong data-driven approach with experience in business reviews and analytics.
