Job Summary
:We are looking for a Retention Marketing Executive to develop and implement customer retention strategies that enhance loyalty, reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have expertise in email & SMS marketing, customer segmentation, and loyalty programs, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute data-driven retention strategies to improve customer engagement and repeat purchases.Plan, implement, and optimize email & SMS marketing campaigns to boost customer loyalty.Analyze customer data to create personalized marketing campaigns and targeted offers.Lead loyalty programs to reward repeat customers and drive referrals.Collaborate with design, product, and customer support teams to enhance the customer journey.Monitor key retention metrics like repeat purchase rate, churn rate, and customer lifetime value (CLV).Gather customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct engagement to improve retention strategies.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retention marketing.Requirements:1-3 years of experience in retention marketing, CRM, or customer engagement.Strong knowledge of email marketing tools, SMS automation, and CRM platforms.Experience in customer segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.Analytical mindset with expertise in tracking retention metrics and reporting insights.Prior experience in the wellness, health, or lifestyle industry is a plus.Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.Experience
