Job Title: Influencer Marketing Executive

At our organization, we combine traditional practices with modern approaches to deliver authentic and affordable products globally.

We are seeking a full-time Influencer & Retention Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will develop and implement influencer & retention marketing strategies, manage YouTube campaigns, maintain public relations, and support sales initiatives.

The daily tasks include identifying and collaborating with influencers, creating engaging content, analyzing campaign performance, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and partner with paid or barter influencers to promote our products
  • Understand influencers' niches and create scripts for video drafts
  • Coordinate product dispatch with internal teams and influencers
  • Prepare various reports as required
  • Share ideas on snippets/ads creation
  • Coordinate with the Finance team for timely payments

Retention Marketing Objectives:

  • Create WhatsApp marketing/utility templates and submit them for approval
  • Develop broadcast ideas for occasions, seasonal requirements, restocking timelines, and regional festivals
  • Data set creation and refinement for campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Proven skills in influencer marketing and social media marketing (specifically with YouTube influencers)
  • Sales support and collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Thane
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field
  • Experience in the FMCG or beauty industry is a plus
