They've also expanded into adhesives, coatings and masterbatches, strengthening their position in high-growth, value-added segments.Job Description The Vertical Head will be responsible for the following:Support the Business Head & CEO in developing and executing strategic initiatives aligned with company goals.Lead and manage high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional coordination.Conduct data analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive insights.Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic briefs to aid executive decision-making.Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have the following: (Chemical) from tier 1 college + Master's degree in business administration (MBA), preferably in Marketing, from tier 1 collegeExperience of 8-10 years in an executive assistant or project management role supporting C-suite executivesTechno-commercial experience in managing the coatings / adhesives / masterbatches product lines.
