Location: Delhi | Bangalore | Mumbai

Salary Range: 30 40 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Vertical Head - Furnitures and Flooring to scale our project-driven business across metro cities. The candidate will oversee Pan India operations and sales, ensuring strong engagement with architects, contractors, builders, and PMCs, while driving both verticals towards high-value project acquisitions. This is a strategic leadership role with full responsibility for revenue growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project sales and operations for Furniture & Flooring verticals across multiple regions.
  • Build strong connects and maintain regular engagement with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and PMCs.
  • Track and secure participation in large-scale projects with a focus on approvals and specifications.
  • Ensure end-to-end project execution, from planning to delivery, by coordinating with supply chain and operations teams.
  • Drive P&L ownership and meet revenue and margin targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand regional sales & operations teams.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 12-18 years in Furniture, Flooring, or Building Material industry.
  • Demonstrated success in project-based business development and operations leadership.
  • Strong professional network with architects, contractors, and builders across metro cities.
  • Expertise in handling large projects with cross-functional team coordination.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and business acumen.
