They are looking for a collaborative HR leader to build and lead a high-impact people agenda.

Job Description

As the Head of HR, you will:

Lead the overall HR function across business units, managing the full spectrum of HR including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compliancePartner closely with business leadership to align HR strategy with business goals, ensuring employee productivity and satisfactionDrive cultural transformation and change management initiatives aligned with evolving organizational prioritiesOversee plant HR, industrial relations, and workforce planning across factory and corporate locationsImplement and improve HR systems, policies, and processes to enable scale and operational efficiencyChampion diversity, values, and a collaborative work environmentSupport leadership development and succession planning through structured talent reviews and capability building

The Successful Applicant

10-15 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing, food/FMCG, or industrial organizationsExposure to both plant and corporate HR environments is strongly preferredProven track record of building HR processes and driving stakeholder alignment across functionsStrong interpersonal skills, maturity, and ability to work with business leaders in a collaborative setupFamiliarity with IR, labor laws, and compliance frameworks in a manufacturing setupComfortable in a mid-sized, professionally run organization that is scaling its capabilities
