Job Description As the Head of HR, you will: Lead the end-to-end people agenda across business verticals and employee segments (on-roll, EOR, and gig) Define and implement the overall HR strategy across talent acquisition, business partnering, performance management, and total rewards Partner with founders and senior leadership to align organizational design and workforce planning with business growth Champion a culture of performance, inclusion, and accountability across a geographically dispersed setup Drive HR technology transformation and leverage data for proactive people decisions Ensure strong compliance, governance, and operational efficiency across the HR lifecycle The Successful Applicant 12-20 years of experience in HR leadership roles with a strong track record of success, stability, and internal growth (promotions/expanded roles) Preferred industry backgrounds: E-commerce, Retail, Consumer, or Consumer Tech with a distributed sales/service force Experience managing complex, high-volume workforces (, frontline, supply chain, gig) across multiple geographies Exposure to business roles (, operations, P&L, commercial strategy) is a strong advantage Strong personality with executive presence, high ownership, and the ability to influence founders and business leaders Coaching certifications or deep exposure to leadership development is a plus Comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and execution-driven environments
