Opportunity to shape HR agenda Work with amazing leaders About Our Client Our client is a well-established Indian business group with diversified operations in the food processing and FMCG sectors. With decades of presence and global reach across multiple export and domestic markets, the organization is on a transformation journey to strengthen its people practices and support its next phase of sustainable growth. They are looking for a collaborative HR leader to build and lead a high-impact people agenda. Job Description As the Head of HR, you will: Lead the overall HR function across business units, managing the full spectrum of HR including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance Partner closely with business leadership to align HR strategy with business goals, ensuring employee productivity and satisfaction Drive cultural transformation and change management initiatives aligned with evolving organizational priorities Oversee plant HR, industrial relations, and workforce planning across factory and corporate locations Implement and improve HR systems, policies, and processes to enable scale and operational efficiency Champion diversity, values, and a collaborative work environment Support leadership development and succession planning through structured talent reviews and capability building The Successful Applicant 10-15 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing, food/FMCG, or industrial organizations Exposure to both plant and corporate HR environments is strongly preferred Proven track record of building HR processes and driving stakeholder alignment across functions Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and ability to work with business leaders in a collaborative setup Familiarity with IR, labor laws, and compliance frameworks in a manufacturing setup Comfortable in a mid-sized, professionally run organization that is scaling its capabilities
