Job Description
As the Head of HR, you will:
Lead the end-to-end people agenda across business verticals and employee segments (on-roll, EOR, and gig)Define and implement the overall HR strategy across talent acquisition, business partnering, performance management, and total rewardsPartner with founders and senior leadership to align organizational design and workforce planning with business growthChampion a culture of performance, inclusion, and accountability across a geographically dispersed setupDrive HR technology transformation and leverage data for proactive people decisionsEnsure strong compliance, governance, and operational efficiency across the HR lifecycleThe Successful Applicant
12-20 years of experience in HR leadership roles with a strong track record of success, stability, and internal growth (promotions/expanded roles)Preferred industry backgrounds: E-commerce, Retail, Consumer, or Consumer Tech with a distributed sales/service forceExperience managing complex, high-volume workforces (, frontline, supply chain, gig) across multiple geographiesExposure to business roles (, operations, P&L, commercial strategy) is a strong advantageStrong personality with executive presence, high ownership, and the ability to influence founders and business leadersCoaching certifications or deep exposure to leadership development is a plusComfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and execution-driven environments-
