Job Description

Revenue Ownership & Strategy

Define and own the company's end-to-end revenue strategy with short-term and long-term growth objectives.Establish scalable processes to forecast, monitor, and optimize revenue pipelines across service lines (, brand, digital, performance marketing and influencer).Lead strategic planning and budgeting for revenue functions aligned with the overall business roadmap.



Sales & Business Development

Build and manage a high-performing new business and sales team focused on winning high-value, strategic clients.Personally drive and support enterprise-level pitch conversations, negotiations, and deal closures.Develop frameworks for targeting and penetrating new market segments or geographies.



Client Growth & Success

Partner with Account Management and Strategy to drive organic growth through cross-selling, up-selling, and expansion of services across existing accounts.Build a culture of client-centricity focused on long-term relationships and demonstrable ROI for clients.Design and implement client health and revenue retention metrics.



Partnerships & Alliances

Identify and secure strategic partnerships (platforms, tech providers, affiliate partners, etc.) that can open up new revenue streams.Represent the agency in high-impact industry forums and brand collaborations to build visibility and credibility.



Commercial Governance

Define pricing, contracting, and margin optimization frameworks to balance value delivery with profitability.Own revenue forecasting, reporting dashboards, and board-level updates.



Leadership & Culture

Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-caliber team of sales and growth professionals.Foster a performance-driven, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team culture.Act as a key member of the executive leadership team, influencing company-wide strategy and operations.

The Successful Applicant

Experience: 12-25 years in revenue leadership roles in advertsiting agency.Please note that only candidates in an Ad Agency will be relevantIndustry Know-how: Deep understanding of agency business models, buyer personas (CMOs, Founders, Marketing Heads), and value-driven sales in the B2B services space.Sales Acumen: Strong in enterprise and consultative selling, pitch structuring, and contract negotiation.Data-Driven: Proficient in setting up KPIs, revenue dashboards, CRM systems (like HubSpot, Salesforce), and predictive forecasting.People Leader: Ability to inspire, align, and lead cross-functional teams with clarity, empathy, and accountability.Client-Facing: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage CXOs, drive trust, and influence strategic decisions.
