Responsibility Area Specific Tasks
Sales Strategy and Planning
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Set sales goals and objectives for the team and create action plans to achieve them.
Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members as needed.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients and partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts and handle negotiations.
• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Operations and Reporting:
• Oversee sales operations, including pricing, contracts, and order management.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to management.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to optimize sales processes.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Develop and refine sales strategies based on market insights and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to drive business growth.
Job knowledge, skills, and experience:
Education • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). (or equivalent work experience)
