Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The candidate should be passionate about helping customers and able to resolve their issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities- Responding to customer queries and providing information about our products and services
- Assisting customers in placing orders and resolving order-related issues
- Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using customer support software such as ZenDesk or FreshDesk
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Bachelor's degree in any field
