Sales Strategy Development
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in loan, insurance, and mutual fund products.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and strategies aligned with business goals.
Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, including regular performance feedback and coaching.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Product Knowledge
• Ensure that the sales team is well-versed in the features, benefits, and suitability of loan, insurance, and mutual fund products.
• Conduct product training sessions to enhance the team's understanding and selling skills.
• Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes related to financial products.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to discuss product options and recommend suitable solutions.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely and professional manner.
Market Research • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the financial services industry.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats.
• Use data and insights to refine sales strategies and tactics for maximum effectiveness
Performance Tracking
• Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
Training and Development
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge in financial products and sales techniques.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to help team members achieve their goals.
• Identify training needs and develop customized programs to address them
Compliance
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Implement internal controls and processes to minimize compliance risks.
Customer Service
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and provide prompt resolutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive loyalty.
Job knowledge, skills, and experience:
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• A Master's degree, such as an MBA (Master of Business Administration), is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experienced Sales Professionals: Individuals with a proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the financial services industry, are encouraged to apply. Experience in selling loan, insurance, or mutual fund products is highly desirable.
