Roles and Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounting team.
  • Audit Coordination: Facilitate audits and implement recommendations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee payments and collections.
  • Financial Analysis: Identify trends and provide insights.
  • Internal Controls: Maintain financial control systems.
  • Tax Management: Oversee tax planning and compliance.
Qualifications Required
  • Education: Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in accounting/finance, 2+ years in management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
