Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Analytics professional to join our sales team. He/She will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to provide valuable insights and recommendations for optimizing our sales strategies and achieving revenue targets. This role plays a crucial part in helping us make informed decisions and drive our sales efforts. Must be an excellent communicator and comfortable working at CEO / Director Level (internal and external customer).

Roles & Responsibilities - Key Skills
Collect, consolidate, and clean sales data from various sources.
Analyze historical sales data and trends to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
Update Sales Forecasting model on regular basis
Generate regular sales reports and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into sales performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, win rates, sales pipeline and come with relevant actions.
Collaborate with sales front-end teams to develop data-driven sales strategies.
Assist in setting sales targets and goals based on data analysis for each function.
Boost productivity, efficiency, and the overall impact that the sales team has on business performance.
Respond to ad-hoc data requests from the sales and executive teams, providing insights to support decision-making
Education Requirements
Masters degree in business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in Sales analytics or a similar analytical role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization tools).
Proficient with MS Power point & MS Excel is a must.
Well versed with Power BI, Tableau and SFDC Dashboards
Experience
8-11 Years of experience in Sales Analytics role
Excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with trends.
Proficient with Power BI, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel is a must.
Strong Analytical, Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent Communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently & collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
