Sales Operations: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Contribute to the business planning rhythm including preparation and participation in the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual review-of-the-Business (RoB) activities
Data Insights: Provide data insights to the client and stakeholders, regular reports and dashboards to senior management on sales performance and KPIs.Work with sales leaders to develop sales segmentation plans account plans that ensures focused targeted pipeline growth action plans. Manage the forecast, segmentation, budget cascade and sales quota assignment process
Client Management: Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with Client and Stakeholders manages all internal and external clients and collaborate with senior leadership to define sales goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partnering with different departments to align on project goals, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring that every team is working toward the same business objectives
What we expect from You:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Client management, P&L and Sales Operations is required.
Should have prior experience in Client Engagements/account management and Inside Sales processes
Experience in sales operations management, including responsibility for forecasting, reporting and sales tool and process improvements in a Global sales environment
Leadership skills, particularly as they relate to managing the clients and strategic issues.
Strong sales analytical with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
