TCS Indore Hiring for Customer Support and Order Management Roles Job Summary: Role: Delivery Manager (SCM Operations) Experience: 8 to 11 years Job Location: Indore Eligibility: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Non tech graduates / Masters (Full Time) Willing to work in rotational shift Skills & Responsibilities Should have depth knowledge on Customer Support and Order Management Should have worked in B2 B sales for minimum of 4 years, supporting sales operations Should understand transactional activities around customer order processing including coordinating with production planning. Experience in Contracts orders, Rebates and Credit Management Coach the team to execute Sales operations into various systems including AX 400 Also, should have knowledge of Factory Works and Print industry knowledge is preferable. Experience in Spend Analysis and Reporting Drive Process improvement initiatives Work closely with BRM in mining new opportunities / building business case Establish and maintain effective working relationship Expertise in Monitoring work process compliance Problem solving, Client engagement and SLA Management Team handling experience Exposure to ERP tools like SAP and other tools like Sales Force Mandatory Requirements (How to generate your EPCN) EPCN number is mandatory for eligibility of the interview.
