TCS Indore Hiring for Customer Support and Order Management Roles
Job Summary:
Role: Delivery Manager (SCM Operations)
Experience: 8 to 11 years
Job Location: Indore
Eligibility:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Non tech graduates / Masters (Full Time)
Willing to work in rotational shift
Skills & Responsibilities
- Should have depth knowledge on Customer Support and Order Management
- Should have worked in B2B sales for minimum of 4 years, supporting sales operations
- Should understand transactional activities around customer order processing including coordinating with production planning.
- Experience in Contracts orders, Rebates and Credit Management
- Coach the team to execute Sales operations into various systems including AX 400
- Also, should have knowledge of Factory Works and Print industry knowledge is preferable.
- Experience in Spend Analysis and Reporting
- Drive Process improvement initiatives
- Work closely with BRM in mining new opportunities / building business case
- Establish and maintain effective working relationship
- Expertise in Monitoring work process compliance
- Problem solving, Client engagement and SLA Management
- Team handling experience
- Exposure to ERP tools like SAP and other tools like Sales Force
