Job Summary:

Role: Delivery Manager (SCM Operations)

Experience: 8 to 11 years

Job Location: Indore


Eligibility:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Non tech graduates / Masters (Full Time)

Willing to work in rotational shift


Skills & Responsibilities

  • Should have depth knowledge on Customer Support and Order Management
  • Should have worked in B2B sales for minimum of 4 years, supporting sales operations
  • Should understand transactional activities around customer order processing including coordinating with production planning.
  • Experience in Contracts orders, Rebates and Credit Management
  • Coach the team to execute Sales operations into various systems including AX 400
  • Also, should have knowledge of Factory Works and Print industry knowledge is preferable.
  • Experience in Spend Analysis and Reporting
  • Drive Process improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with BRM in mining new opportunities / building business case
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationship
  • Expertise in Monitoring work process compliance
  • Problem solving, Client engagement and SLA Management
  • Team handling experience
  • Exposure to ERP tools like SAP and other tools like Sales Force
