Skills & ResponsibilitiesShould have depth knowledge on Customer Support and Order ManagementShould have worked in B2B sales for minimum of 4 years, supporting sales operationsShould understand transactional activities around customer order processing including coordinating with production planning.Experience in Contracts orders, Rebates and Credit ManagementCoach the team to execute Sales operations into various systems including AX 400Also, should have knowledge of Factory Works and Print industry knowledge is preferable.Experience in Spend Analysis and ReportingDrive Process improvement initiativesWork closely with BRM in mining new opportunities / building business caseEstablish and maintain effective working relationshipExpertise in Monitoring work process complianceProblem solving, Client engagement and SLA ManagementTeam handling experienceExposure to ERP tools like SAP and other tools like Sales Force
