Role Overview:
We are seeking a professional and proactive Leased Line Sales Manager to drive the sales of leased line solutions to B2B clients. The ideal candidate will excel at closing deals, possess excellent English communication skills, and have the ability to build and lead a sales team over time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution:
• Actively engage with businesses to sell dedicated internet leased lines.
• Present and explain technical solutions effectively to IT managers and decision-makers.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets from the start.
2. Business Development:
• Develop relationships with SMEs and enterprise clients in Gurgaon and Delhi NCR.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competition.
3. Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and manage a skilled leased line sales team as the business grows.
• Provide guidance and leadership to achieve team sales goals.
4. Strategy and Reporting:
• Develop sales strategies to penetrate the leased line market.
• Track performance metrics and report regularly to management.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated success in B2B leased line sales.
• Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Professional and presentable demeanor.
• Experience in team building and management is highly desirable.
Key Metrics:
• Achieve individual sales targets within the first three months.
• Build a team of at least 2-3 salespeople within six months.
