Role Overview:We are looking for a highly driven and presentable Broadband Sales Manager to lead the sales of broadband services to B2B clients. The role requires someone who can immediately take charge of selling to businesses while also building and managing a sales team. Exceptional English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities are essential.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Execution:• Actively generate and close B2B broadband sales leads.• Develop tailored proposals and solutions for clients’ internet needs.• Meet and exceed individual sales targets from day one.2. Market Development:• Identify and target key business sectors in Gurgaon and Delhi NCR.• Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships.3. Team Building:• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing broadband sales team.• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, ensuring their success.4. Reporting and Strategy:• Analyze sales performance and market trends to adjust strategies.• Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales activities and outcomes.

Requirements:• Proven track record of successful B2B broadband sales.• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).• Strong people skills and presentability.• Ability to work independently and take initiative.• Experience in recruiting and managing sales teams is a plus.

Key Metrics:• Achieve individual sales targets within the first three months.• Build a team of at least 2-3 sales professionals within six months.
