Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven and presentable Broadband Sales Manager to lead the sales of broadband services to B2 B clients. The role requires someone who can immediately take charge of selling to businesses while also building and managing a sales team. Exceptional English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution:
• Actively generate and close B2 B broadband sales leads.
• Develop tailored proposals and solutions for clients’ internet needs.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets from day one.
2. Market Development:
• Identify and target key business sectors in Gurgaon and Delhi NCR.
• Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships.
3. Team Building:
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing broadband sales team.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, ensuring their success.
4. Reporting and Strategy:
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to adjust strategies.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of successful B2 B broadband sales.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong people skills and presentability.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience in recruiting and managing sales teams is a plus.
Key Metrics:
• Achieve individual sales targets within the first three months.
• Build a team of at least 2-3 sales professionals within six months.
