Role Overview:
Kingfisher Telecom, a UK-based telecom company, is looking for a highly skilled Telecom Systems and Customer Service Specialist to join our Gurgaon office. This role focuses on managing BT Wholesale systems and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in the telecom industry, with in-depth knowledge of BT Wholesale’s backend systems, billing processes, and customer support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Systems Management:
• Manage and operate BT Wholesale systems for backend operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee customer data, billing processes, and account management within the BT Wholesale platform.
• Ensure seamless integration and troubleshooting of BT systems to support business operations.
• Collaborate with UK-based teams to implement system updates and resolve technical issues.
Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage customer accounts, including billing, adjustments, and resolving payment-related queries.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer escalations, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service updates in the system.
Telecom Industry Expertise:
• Utilize knowledge of telecom operations to provide insights and optimize processes.
• Stay updated on BT Wholesale system enhancements and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and company policies.
Collaboration and Reporting:
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, finance, and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports on system performance, customer issues, and billing accuracy.
• Offer feedback and suggestions to improve processes and customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Telecom Expertise: Experience in the telecom industry, preferably with BT Wholesale systems or similar platforms.
• System Knowledge: Proficiency in managing backend systems and billing processes.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service background with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support.
• Detail-oriented: High attention to detail for billing accuracy and data management.
